Why are you invite-only?

Our goal is to help build the next 1M world-class creator teams. To do this, we are currently invite-only where current members can extend invites. We currently manually vet each applicant to make sure they have the adequate skills, experience, and are genuinely great people to work with :) You can also apply for access through our form and we will review your application!

How do I join?

Either get invited by a current member or apply for access through the form at the top right of this website!

What if the project doesn't go well?

We understand! Not every person will be the right fit. We hold the payment in-escrow until the project is completed and will return it in full if deliverables are not met.

When do I get paid for my contract work?

You will get paid on the 15th as well as the final day of the month.

When do I get paid for my trial work?

You will get paid for your trial project at the start date of your contract even if you do not proceed beyond the trial period with the Creator.

How to I get a refund on my deposit?

If you cancel your job search before you engage in any trials, you will be refunded completely. If you cancel after have made payments with CreatorCrew that do not exceed the deposit amount, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded when you cancel your contract.

Is this for one-off projects or long-term relationships?

Either! We advise striving for long term relationships and working as a genuine team, however these relationships always start on a project basis.

What services do your members provide?

Currently we have talented video producers/directors, editors, videographers, podcast editors, content strategists, and thumbnail designers with extensive experience working with the hottest YouTube, Instagram, and Tiktok creators in the game (Airrack, JomaTech, and more)

Do you take a recruiter fee?

Yes, we take a 15% recruiter fee on est. 1st year earnings from sourced talent.

What does the process look like?

First, sign up and share your job details.
At this point, you can talk with a hiring coordinator to best understand what you’re looking for.
You will receive the 3 candidates that are the best fit for your job role.
You can message each candidate and start a trial.
We handle contracts and payments, so all you have to do is decide if you want to continue working or start a trial with another candidate!

When do I get paid?

Payments will be sent from creators on the 15th and last day of every month. Our payment service is Stripe, on average it takes 7-14 business days for the first payout to be transferred to your bank account.
